Lawler Mortgages brings together extensive experience across both property and financial services. Led by Leigh Lawler, Adele Bateman, Carl Bateman and Andy Dawber, the team combines a strong understanding of the local property market with clear, personalised mortgage and protection advice.

Leigh is Managing Director of Lawler & Co, while Adele is Sales Director and Carl is a Director of the award-winning independent estate agency. Together, they bring years of property experience and local knowledge from across Marple, Poynton, Romiley, Cheadle Hulme, Hazel Grove and Hyde. This close connection gives Lawler Mortgages a wider understanding of the buying and moving process, from the first property search through to completion.

Andy brings 10 years’ experience in financial services and takes a service-first approach, focusing on each client’s individual circumstances and the options available to them. Together, the team aims to make mortgages feel more straightforward, with practical advice, clear communication and support from the first conversation through to completion.
