2. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Lawler and Company Financial Services Ltd, Lawler & Co and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry is free. No purchase, mortgage enquiry, application, referral or use of Lawler Mortgages' services is necessary to enter.

4. To enter, participants must comment on the original Lawler Mortgages Facebook competition post and tell us what they would spend the £100 John Lewis & Partners gift card on.

5. Liking or following the Lawler Mortgages Facebook page is encouraged but is not a condition of entry and does not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

6. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

7. The prize draw closes at 11:59pm on Friday 11 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

8. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

9. The winner will receive one £100 John Lewis & Partners gift card. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

10. The winner will be contacted through Facebook using the account from which their entry was submitted. They must respond within 14 days. If they do not respond, Lawler Mortgages reserves the right to select another winner at random.

11. The prize will be provided within 30 days of the winner confirming acceptance.

12. Lawler Mortgages reserves the right to verify an entrant's eligibility and disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

13. Personal information provided in connection with the prize draw will only be used to administer the competition and will be handled in accordance with Lawler Mortgages' Privacy Policy.

14. Details confirming that a valid prize has been awarded may be made available where required. A winner may object to their information being published, although relevant information may still be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority where required.

15. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Meta or John Lewis & Partners.

16. Lawler Mortgages reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
